Overview
We are working with a reputable, successful company based in Wakefield who are looking for an ambitious accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a medium sized company and develop within accounts. You will report to the finance manager and eventually have the opportunity to be involved in more duties across accounts.
Responsibilities
* Bank, accounts and credit reconciliations
* Matching and coding invoices
* BACs payments
* Uploading high volume invoices onto system
* Supplier statements and reconciliation
* Processing purchase orders
* Multi-currency invoices
* Other ad-hoc duties
