We are currently looking for Order Pickers/ Warehouse Operatives to join the team in the busy warehouse in Colchester, CO2. We are offering a market leading opportunity for candidates that want to work within the warehousing environment with the opportunity to progress their careers. Pay rates: STD £ 12.60p/h After midnight till 5am £15.05 p/h Average working hours a week are 6.5 hours up to 32.5 hours (break unpaid) more hours offered where possible. Shifts are 6am-1pm and 11pm till 6pm, availability required for both shifts all days of the week including weekends. Stacking the picked items carefully into the cage ready to send to the stores. Lifting items with a range of weights and sizes, some heavy lifting required. Ensuring that working areas are always clean and tidy. Adhere to the health & safety rules at site. Previous order picking experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Flexible workers required weekend working involved. Who are we looking for? Colleagues who can follow the shifts advertised above, they MUST be flexible to work all of the shifts between 5am and 6pm up to any 5 days of the week up to any 5 days of the week.
