Overview
Client Success Manager (North American Market) on a 12-month fixed-term contract for PHMG. Based in Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. Reports to the Client Services Manager.
Compensation: £35k basic with realistic first-year earnings of £52k. Office location: Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQ. Working hours: Monday – Thursday 1pm – 10pm, Friday 1pm – 6pm.
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Client Success Manager to ensure the seamless execution of audio branding strategies for our clients. You will collaborate with clients, creative teams, and technology experts to translate brand visions into sonic identities, acting as a trusted advisor and partner. Your consultative approach will focus on understanding each client’s brand and providing tailored, strategic guidance.
Your role goes beyond account management to drive an unparalleled client experience. The position requires outstanding interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to world-class customer service, with a focus on fostering meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional results.
Senior responsibilities include strategic objectives and day-to-day duties that ensure client success across projects, timelines, and outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Client-centric approach: Develop robust relationships by understanding client brand values, objectives, and target audience.
* Communication: Provide prompt, clear updates at every stage of the project, including progress, milestones, and risks.
* Collaboration: Work with creative and technology teams to translate requirements into impactful audio branding solutions.
* Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery using data-driven insights.
* Time Management: Plan and allocate attention to each project to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
* Risk Management: Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
* Excellence: Own KPIs and pursue exceptional results and continuous improvement.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough records of client interactions, project progress, and feedback.
* Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from peers and management to improve processes and outcomes.

* Extensive experience in a process-driven B2B Account Management role
