Head of Customer Success

We are seeking a Head of Customer Success with extensive experience managing support staff in high‑growth tech businesses and a background in sales to lead a customer support team of 19, drive a data‑driven, AI‑powered customer success culture and contribute to the company’s substantial UK growth plans.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a customer support team of 19 members across the full customer journey.
* Coach and mentor staff using proven leadership and coaching mental models.
* Apply a data‑driven approach to management reporting, quantifying business decisions for senior management.
* Integrate and champion AI tooling to enhance customer success processes.
Requirements
* Experience leading support teams, ideally in high‑growth tech businesses.
* Demonstrable coaching and leadership mental models.
* Some career experience in a sales role.
* Flexibility to adapt leadership style to individual needs.
* Data‑driven approach to management reporting with the ability to quantify business decisions to senior management.
* Real passion for self‑improvement and progression.
* A tailored, people‑centric approach to management.
* Experience using AI tooling to drive customer success is highly desirable.
