Responsibilities of the Supply Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and key stages
* Follow school policies and ensure a smooth continuation of learning during staff absences
* Establish positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, supportive environment
* Provide timely feedback on student progress to the relevant departments
Requirements for the Supply Teacher Role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications
* Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher or classroom teacher
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different age groups and abilities
* Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
* A flexible, positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges
