Building & Construction Project Manager
Location: Broughton, Flitnshire (Full time - Onsite)
Contract Duration: Until January 2027 (with strong likelihood of extension)
Pay Rate:
* Up to £42.00 per hour (Umbrella)
* Up to £31.40 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5-day working pattern between 7am-7pm)
About the Role
Our aerospace client is seeking an experienced Building & Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver a portfolio of CAPEX projects from inception through to handover. This position is ideal for a highly capable project professional with strong experience working client-side within building services, refurbishment, and engineering-focused construction environments.
You will lead multi-functional project teams, manage project documentation, oversee technical compliance, and ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery of works.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage Multi-Functional Project Teams (MFTs) to meet internal standards and project governance.
2. Deliver full project lifecycle management - feasibility, design, specification, delivery, and handover.
