Store Manager Role
Working closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store operates smoothly daily.
Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, often being the sole manager with full accountability.
Collaborating with a team to complete all tasks, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely.
People management responsibilities include managing performance, conducting disciplinary actions, and overseeing scheduling and pay accuracy.
Occasionally assisting other stores within our network.
What Makes a Great Customer & Trading Manager
* Experience in line management in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to coach a team to do the same.
* Ability to meet KPIs and performance indicators.
* Experience managing disciplinary and employee relations issues.
* Confidence in leading operations independently in the absence of senior management.
