Candy Paradise is a fast-growing confectionery brand making waves in the UK market. We specialise in innovative sweets that bring fun and excitement to customers, from wholesalers to retailers. As we continue our expansion, we are looking for a new team member - someone creative, ambitious, and ready to grow with us.
This is a unique hybrid role combining content creation with sales & account management. You'll split your time between producing engaging content for our social media channels and managing relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors across the UK. You will also have opportunities for international travel to support exhibitions, trade shows, and global partners.
Content Creation:
* Plan, shoot, and edit creative content (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) - With assistance
* Assist with taking lifestyle and product photography for campaigns.
* Stay ahead of social media trends and create engaging content.
* Collaborate on marketing campaigns and storytelling.
Sales & Account Management:
* Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across the UK.
* Pitch and open new accounts with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
* Regular travel across the UK to visit accounts and build strong relationships.
* Attend expos, trade fairs, and sampling activations.
* Track sales performance and report weekly.
International Exposure:
* Support Candy Paradise at international exhibitions and trade shows as needed.
About You
* Confident & creative
* Comfortable in front of and behind the camera.
* Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own schedule.
* Willing to travel nationally (full UK driving licence required).
* FMCG/confectionery experience is a bonus but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
