Responsibility: Manage, maintain, and improve company operations
Reports to: Business Operations Director

Background:
STYRKR is a leading innovator in the wellness and sports nutrition manufacturing space, producing best-in-class products that fuel athletes, adventurers, and health-conscious consumers around the world.
Our success is built on science, sustainability, and an ambitious, fast-moving team based just outside Gatwick, West Sussex. From our own STYRKR brand to an expanding white-label portfolio, our products are sold across the UK, US, EU, Asia, and South America through D2C, Amazon, and B2B channels.
As we scale, we’re evolving our operations to be sharper, faster, and future-ready — and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to take the lead across Production, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
The Role:
Reporting to the Business Operations Director, you’ll oversee the core functions that keep our physical business moving. You’ll manage a cross-functional operations team (purchasing, supply chain, and production), working closely with our Logistics & Warehouse Manager to ensure everything runs efficiently — from raw materials to customer delivery.
You’ll bring structure, pace, and leadership to the table, with a clear focus on KPIs, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration. If you're an experienced operator with manufacturing know-how and ERP experience (NetSuite a bonus), this is your chance to lead from the front at a critical stage of our growth.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Production Oversight
* Coordinate internal and external manufacturing to meet demand forecasts and deadlines.
* Own production planning and scheduling across multiple product lines and partners.
* Manage quality control systems and drive ongoing product quality improvements.
Supply Chain & Procurement
* Lead supplier relationships and raw material sourcing.
* Negotiate costs, MOQs, lead times, and delivery schedules.
* Forecast demand and align purchasing strategy to reduce risk and waste.
Inventory & Stock Management
* Monitor stock levels across all sales channels (D2C, Amazon, B2B) and warehouses.
* Oversee stock accuracy, rotation policies, and shrinkage reduction measures.
* Ensure real-time visibility and control across ERP and physical locations.
