Location: London Office Based & Hybrid
Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: £30,000–£40,000
About Us
We’re a fast-growing personal brand content agency working with top-tier founders, creators, and industry leaders. We handle the full-stack of content — from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing. Our clients trust us to turn their stories, expertise, and ideas into world-class content that cuts through the noise.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s equal parts executor and strategist — someone who doesn’t just think about great content, but knows how to get it made, posted, and performing.
You’ll lead execution across client accounts — planning content calendars, briefing editors, writing captions, scheduling posts, and ensuring everything goes live at a high standard. You're not just managing ideas — you're making them happen, fast.
You should live and breathe short-form content — TikToks, IG Reels, YT Shorts — and know how to make content that performs. You’re obsessive about hooks, watch time, formats, and trends. You understand virality and bring ideas backed by data, instinct, and taste.
This role demands a hard-working, confident self-starter — articulate and comfortable working with high-profile clients, while also willing to roll up your sleeves and take on whatever’s needed in a fast-moving startup. No task is too small if it helps the team move forward.
You’ll need a basic understanding of all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) and creative tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, and Canva.
On shoot days, you should be confident prompting clients on-camera to help them deliver their best performance.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to lead, stay agile, and drive execution — even when the work gets repetitive or low-level.
