Edward Mann are delighted to be partnering with a Consultancy based in the Jewellery Quarter.Our client is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team - this role would suit somebody with prior credit control experience + a strong systems/IT skillset, to support with reporting and analytics.Role & ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day Credit Control across all group companiesRecover outstanding debts, communicating with debtors via telephone and email.Escalating any debts, where necessary, either internally or externally, to ensure these are cleared at the earliest opportunity.Create and maintain debtor reportsMaintain up-to-date customer contact information on the systemDaily update of all company Bank Accounts efficiently and accurately, including Bank Reconciliations.Support with month-end responsibilities, as required by the Finance TeamCo-manage shared mailboxesSupport the production of client fee invoicesUpdate monthly reports to reflect fee invoicing Vs forecastSupport the production of client performance reportsCreate statistical and analytical reports to measure achievementsExperience & RequirementExperience in a credit control / debt collection roleStrong analytical and systems skill-setEdward Mann acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
