What You'll Be Doing
* Guide new merchants and partners through the information gathering process around the products and their offerings
* Act as a customer champion, offering expert advice on our product offerings and the broader payments ecosystem.
* Collect information on the customer and ensure that you are making the right recommendations for each bespoke case
* Deliver product demonstrations of the software and hardware
* Deliver quotes and negotiate pricing plans
About You
* Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
* Able to collaborate cross-functionally and translate customer needs
* Skilled at juggling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* A natural problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
* Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
* Strong history in exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
