What You’ll Do
* Lead and motivate our team to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
* Manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
* Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance our guests’ experience, taking on feedback to push for even more
* Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards
What You’ll Need
* Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or a related field
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
* Motivated to advance your career within hotel management
* Excellent team management and communication skills
* Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service
