Role
Gas Engineer
Responsibilities
* Carry out day‑to‑day repairs and fault finding.
* Complete annual servicing visits.
* Meet first‑time fix targets.
* Maintain high‑quality standards and focus on customer satisfaction.
* Attend jobs on time and notify the contact centre/customer of any delays.
Qualifications
* Valid ACS and other relevant gas qualifications.
* Full UK driving licence (less than 6 points).
* Experience within social housing desirable but not essential.
* Strong customer service experience.
* Ability to work with a diverse customer base.
