Senior Sous Chef – High-End Events & Banqueting
If you’re a seasoned Senior Events Chef in the events and banqueting world, with the leadership skills to run the show when the Head Chef’s away, this is your moment.
We’re an upmarket, high-end catering company working with some of London’s most recognisable brands and delivering unforgettable experiences in historic and iconic venues across the capital and beyond. No two days are ever the same — one week you’re plating canapés in a palace, the next you’re orchestrating a flawless banquet under a glass atrium.
What you’ll be doing:
Being a hands-on leader, inspiring and managing the kitchen team day-to-day.
Overseeing event set-up and break-down, including mobile kitchen units.
Prepping in our state-of-the-art shared kitchen with sister company in South West London.
Menu development, costings, and supplier management.
Coaching and developing staff, plus managing freelancers and agency chefs.
Using your strong operational experience to ensure every event runs like clockwork.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable, committed, and thrives under pressure.
Adaptable and forward-thinking, with serious culinary skills.
Experienced in high-volume, high-end events and banqueting.
Strong in operations, organisation, and logistics.
Ready to bring fresh ideas, energy, and leadership to the team.
