Are you an Early Years Practitioner who genuinely loves those lightbulb moments, the first words, the messy play, the proud smiles?
We’re partnering with a fantastic Nursery and Pre-Prep school in West London that’s on the lookout for a Level 6 qualified practitioner to join their warm, welcoming team. This is a setting where children are encouraged to explore, question, and grow, and where staff are just as supported as the pupils.
If you’re looking for somewhere you can feel valued, make a real impact, and enjoy your day-to-day, this could be just the place.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing, inspiring environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
Day to day, you’ll:
* Support the delivery of engaging, high-quality learning experiences
* Work closely with experienced Early Years teachers and practitioners
* Create a warm, stimulating space where every child can thrive
* Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers

* Celebrate each child’s individual journey and development
What they’re looking for:
* Level 6 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* A positive, proactive approach and a team-first mindset
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
* A genuine passion for early childhood development
* The ability to stay calm, flexible, and solution-focused in a busy setting
Why you’ll love this role:
This isn’t just a job, it’s a setting where you’ll feel part of something.
* A genuinely supportive and friendly team who have each other’s backs
* Two beautiful, well-resourced sites that make learning a joy
* Ongoing training and professional development to help you grow
* Opportunities to progress and shape your career in Early Years
* A leadership team that values your ideas and input
