Care Team Leader - Days, Cromer
24 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A Day in the Life
You will build strong relationships with colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with home managers, supporting daily staff supervision and overseeing care delivery.
Providing compassionate care is at the heart of our work. You will set an example through high-quality, person-centered care, championing residents' independence and using your expertise to empower them to make informed choices aligned with their care plans.

Benjamin Court provides care and support to tenants living in their own flats under a tenancy agreement with Broadland Housing, located in Cromer on the North Norfolk coast.
