Lead Project Co-ordinator ( Construction ) Job Requirements/DescriptionProject Coordinator (Full-Time, Permanent) Hours: 40 hours per week Shift Pattern: Any 5 days from 7, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays Work Pattern: 365-day operation – flexibility required during peak times About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the UK Project Director in delivering a wide range of developments and activities across our site. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in project management and coordination. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for project-related matters, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver insight-led, cost-effective development solutions Ensure clear and consistent communication across the organisation regarding all project aspects Coordinate and monitor daily contractor activity, reporting progress to the Project Director Manage purchase orders and financial reporting for all project-related costs Appoint and manage external contractors and suppliers, ensuring delivery within budget and timeframes Work closely with Health & Safety to implement CDM regulations and conduct safety briefings Prepare, issue, and evaluate tenders in line with procurement policies Conduct post-project evaluations and present performance analysis to the Managing Director Monitor project milestones and ensure they are met in line with agreed schedules Prepare and maintain handover documentation for the operations team What We Expect from You To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar project coordination or management role Strong knowledge and experience within the construction industry (client or contractor side) Proven understanding of the full project lifecycle A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of CDM regulations, sustainability and environmental compliance Strong interpersonal and people management skills Excellent communication and influencing skills A detail-oriented, structured, and focused approach A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to challenge and hold others accountable Competent IT and time management skills Desirable: Experience in the leisure or tourism industry Essential: A full, valid driving licence is required due to the need to access operational and restricted areas Why Join Us?
