Job Title: Quality & Compliance Manager (Full Time) Location: West Midlands (Wolverhampton, Bilston, Oldbury, Birmingham) Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible within a 7-day cycle About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Quality & Compliance Manager to oversee and drive quality assurance across our Children’s Homes in the West Midlands. This field-based role requires regular travel to various locations including Wolverhampton, Bilston, Oldbury, and Birmingham, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust quality assurance systems and risk assessment frameworks. Lead service quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor and evaluate service delivery to promote continuous improvement. Liaise with internal teams and external regulators, including Ofsted, to maintain high standards. Qualifications and Experience: NVQ Level 5 or Level 7 in Children and Young People, or equivalent qualification (essential). Proven leadership and strong interpersonal communication skills. Experience in quality management, risk assessment, and service improvement strategies. Previous Ofsted experience, such as inspector or similar regulatory role, is highly desirable.
