KS2 Class Teacher – SEMH Alternative Provision
Prospero Teaching are working with a specialist SEMH Alternative Provision in Salisbury who are seeking to appoint KS2 Class Teachers for a September start. These roles are ideal for teachers who thrive in nurturing, structured environments and are passionate about supporting students with additional emotional and behavioural needs.
You will be teaching across the curriculum using a primary-style model, supporting students who are working below age-related expectations. Small class sizes allow for a strong focus on relationship-building, regulation, and personalised learning.
As a Class Teacher, you will play a central role in re-engaging learners, supporting emotional development, and helping students make positive academic and personal progress.

QTS or equivalentExperience teaching KS1/KS2 or KS3 studentsExperience with SEMH, SEND, or challenging behaviour (desirable)Ability to deliver differentiated, engaging lessons across core subjectsCalm, consistent approach to behaviour and strong pastoral skillsUp-to-date Safeguarding training (within the last year desirable)Eligibility
