Warehouse Packing Operatives – Runcorn
Pay: From £12.21 per hour (paid weekly)
Total Recruitment Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting multiple Warehouse Packing Operatives for our well‐established client in the manufacturing sector, based in Runcorn. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, supportive team in a long‐term, full‐time role.
About the Role:
This is a hands‐on, physical position ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active throughout the day and night. You'll be working within a fast‐paced warehouse environment, supporting the production and packing of goods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities: Preparing and packing products into boxes
Assisting with the start‐up and basic operation of machinery
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Loading finished goods onto pallets
Shrink‐wrapping, labelling, and preparing items for dispatch
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Shifts & Pay: Day Shifts: 7 am – 7 pm (12 hours) PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE TO WORK BOTH DAYS AND NIGHTS.
Night Shifts: 7 pm – 7 am (12 hours), 3–4 shifts per week + overtime available
Pay: £11.44–£12.21 per hour, paid weekly every Friday

What We're Looking For:
This role suits candidates who: Have previous warehouse, packing, or production experience
Are comfortable being on their feet for long periods
Can work to targets and maintain strong attention to detail
Understand that some tasks may be repetitive
Are reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Requirements: Ability to commute to Runcorn or plan to relocate (preferred)
Driving Licence (preferred)
Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
