Residential Waking Night Support Worker
Autism Unlimited is looking for a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our residential home in Highcliffe. In this rewarding role you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our residents’ safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout the night, offering reassurance and essential support whenever it’s needed most.
Base pay range
We have discussed a base pay range based on your skills and experience. Please speak with your recruiter for details. Note: Autism Unlimited is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
Hours
20 hours per week – Friday and Saturday, 10pm – 8am.
Responsibilities
 * Stay alert throughout the shift
 * Administer any necessary medication
 * Complete documentation at regular intervals during the shift
 * Follow the support plan for each person we support, providing comfort and happiness, adapting as required based on behaviour changes
 * Provide personal care such as hygiene, bathing, washing and medication support
