 
        Legal Entity Controller £70,000 – £80,000 Bonus Benefits | Hybrid (3 days in Central London, 2 days WFH) Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take ownership of a critical role within a fast-moving, global financial services organisation? We are looking for a Legal Entity Controller to join a small but dynamic international finance team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in financial reporting and control across multiple entities and take take ownership of end-to-end reporting and control for several international entities. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-visibility position at the heart of a growing global player in the FX/derivatives sector. What you’ll be doing: Lead full financial reporting and control for multiple entities, including regulated revenue centres and cost centres. Act as primary controller for the UK regulated entity, with a focus on institutional clients. Support additional entities, including possible oversight of regulated entities in UAE and Seychelles. Deliver accurate month-end management accounts. Prepare quarterly and periodic regulatory returns for the UK, and potentially international regulators (ESCA, FSA). Manage year-end audits and tax compliance (Calcualtions/filings. Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to provide clear insight on financial results. Working closely with trading system data (MT4/MT5, liquidity providers) to ensure robust understanding and reporting of Forex P&L and balance sheet. What we’re looking for: ACCA / CIMA finalist or qualified (study support available if required). At least 5 years’ finance experience within the Forex / trading sector, including deep familiarity with trading data and how it feeds into P&L and balance sheet. Minimum 3 years in a similar entity controller or financial reporting role. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple entities in a global environment.
