Here at GXO, we're looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to join our Abercrombie & Fitch contract based in Rushden. You'll be the driving force behind our operational success. You'll lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, exceed KPIs, and maintain a safe, efficient, and positive working environment. From managing daily workflows and performance to promoting continuous improvement and team development, you'll make a real impact every day.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll be working Tuesday to Saturday, covering the hours of 14:00 till 22:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £42,432 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays). * Excellent systems knowledge and confidence with Microsoft Excel
