Customer Services / Sales Order Processing Coordinator
* Based: Close to Heathrow
* Salary: £28, + company bonus
* Company pension
* On-site parking
* Monday to Friday ( 9am-5.30pm) This role is fully office based.
We are delighted to be working in partnership with this specialist business in the medical sector as they grown their UK operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this small, friendly team and really make an impact!
The role is wide-ranging and includes providing administrative support to Senior Managers in addition to providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Job Overview
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving and processing customer orders via email and phone. Uploading invoices onto the system.
Managing stock levels and distribution, coordinating returns
Generating financial reports and assisting with credit control / cash collection duties
Manning the customer service telephone line and communicating with customers and business managers regarding product information, available stock and resolving any issues.
Communicating with UK customs when receiving stock from manufacturers
Invoicing shipments and following up with remittances
️ Supporting with back-office functions and managing social media content
Providing comprehensive administrative support to Senior Managers - including extensive email management.
Requirements:
* You will have proven experience in customer services, order processing and administration - with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy
* Experience of credit control and / or supplier invoicing is desirable
* You'll enjoy working in a hands-on, varied role and working as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proficiency in Excel and Word
