About the Role As an Apprentice Transport Supervisor, youll work alongside experienced colleagues to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of transport coordination and fleet operations. Youll learn how to organise routes, support drivers, solve problems on the move, and ensure service levels are consistently met.
This apprenticeship is the perfect foundation for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role in logistics.
What Youll Be Doing Supporting the day-to-day running of the transport office
Assisting with route planning and scheduling deliveries
Communicating with drivers and providing real-time support
Monitoring compliance, paperwork, and safety standards
Helping resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
Learning how to use transport management systems (TMS)
Working towards becoming a confident, capable transport supervisor
