You will
As we embed a new customer billing system and develop new processes and controls, we strive to continuously improve our levels of operational excellence and customer experience. For this we require strong team players who excel in customer service, data processing and financial controls.
As an Income Advisor your key responsibilities will include:
* Working through bank statement error batches in the new system to review, accept or reject proposed allocations.
* Perform manual and file-led allocations.
* Investigate problems, resolve unallocated receipt, and answer internal & external customer queries.
* Challenge existing processes and ways of working so that our standards of delivery are continuously improving and adapting for new opportunities, including the digital customer journey.
* Review and update process documentation.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
* Ability to perform high-volume transactional work with high accuracy, adhering to documented processes.
* Ability to work with Excel to a good-level of proficiency is an essential requirement.
* Numerical confidence and accuracy; basic accounting skills would be useful but not essential.
* Problem-solving confidence and the willingness to question and investigate if something looks wrong.
* Flexibility and strong communication skills to work effectively across the team, including virtually.
