Registered Service Manager – Supported Accommodation Reports to: Nominated Individual / Operations Manager Join Amegreen Children’s Services in leading high-quality support for young people aged 16–25 transitioning into independence. We’re looking for a passionate Registered Service Manager to oversee our Supported Accommodation provision, ensuring safe, person-centred, and compliant services in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders and Therapeutic Practitioners across supported accommodation services. Register with Ofsted and ensure readiness for inspections and compliance with all regulations. Drive a culture of safety, independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive outcomes. Ensure high-quality support plans, risk assessments, and pathway planning for each young person. Promote engagement in education, employment, training, and life skills development. Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), maintaining robust safeguarding and risk management. Conduct regular service audits and reviews (safeguarding, health & safety, quality assurance). Oversee staff supervision, performance, training, and wellbeing. Work in partnership with social workers, leaving care teams, housing, health, and education services. Lead pre-placement assessments, transitions, and integration planning for new residents. Maintain accurate records, incident logs, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to service expansion, new openings, and strategic planning where required. About You Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health & Social Care (or willing to complete). At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role in supported accommodation or social care. Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and young people’s transitional needs. Confident in staff supervision, rota planning, compliance, and multi-agency working. Skilled in delivering high-quality, outcomes-focused support in line with national regulations. Why Join Us?
