Duties and Responsibilities
* Guide customers through the full bathroom design and sales process.
* Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are met.
* Identify and recommend products best suited to customer needs.
* Ensure customer satisfaction.
* Pro-actively generate new business.
* This role will involve working alternate Saturday mornings.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience working in a similar role is essential.
* Sound knowledge of bathroom products
* Experience using ArtiCADplanning software or similar is preferred.
* Confident dealing with customers
* The ability to build great customer relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
