We are looking for a people person to be the "face" of our company and a focal point for our office staff and visitors.
This position is part-time maternity cover.
Reporting directly to the UK Facilities Team lead, this role will support front of house services and the Administration teams.
Key responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for the company, answering all incoming telephone calls professionally and promptly, and connecting callers to the relevant recipients.
* Maintain an accurate log of all personnel in the building in accordance with fire regulations.
* Process all visitor passes, notify the relevant employee of their arrival, and meet visitors at the main reception.
* Provide administrative support as required.
* Compile and distribute weekly "On Call" rota to relevant personnel.
* Carry out emergency response duties in line with company contingency plans.
* Maintain office stationery and kitchen supplies, including weekly inventory, stock orders, and distribution.
* Set up meeting rooms for client and management meetings, including catering if required.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
