The successful candidate will be working on a wide range of construction and engineering projects. Offering advice and guidance to clients on disputes with employers, contractors and consultants. On occasion you may need to help draft building contracts and other construction documentation. You will be involved with some very technical disputes arising from commercial and residential developments. The role offers exposure to adjudication, mediation, litigation (including TCC proceedings). Joining a busy team based in Stamford the role includes, but is not limited to: - The successful candidate will be: - * Acting for clients in construction and engineering disputes, including adjudication, mediation and County Court and High Court (TCC) proceedings.
