* Vacancies are for 30‑37.5 hours per week
Essential Requirements
* You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes.
* You must be able to work flexible hours and support a six‑day service (08:00‑22:00).
* All jobs will require permission to work in the UK. The cost of a DBS disclosure will be met by the individual and deducted from salary once started.
* Applicants at risk within the local NHS who meet essential criteria will have preference for interview.

Working Hours
Our service operates seven days a week, between 08:00 and 22:00. We offer a range of flexible working patterns aligned to service requirements. While we aim to support a healthy work‑life balance, working arrangements will be agreed based on operational needs of the service. There are vacancies in multiple locations throughout the service and you will be asked to indicate a preference at interview.
Job Description Summary (Main Duties and Responsibilities)
Main duties of the job include:
* Providing clinical care including management of wounds and leg ulcers, care of patients with a palliative diagnosis, symptom control and care in the last days of life, bowel, continence, and catheter care, and administration of medication including IVs.
* Working with the wider multidisciplinary team.
* Supporting patients to remain at home and avoid hospital admission.
* Promoting self‑care and independence.
