We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator to join our Profit Protection team based at the support centre in Blackpool.
40 hour contract - Monday to Friday
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in providing effective & efficient support in our Profit Protection department. This role has been created to support the demand within our team and it’s an exciting role to take on!
To be successful, it is essential that you can work at pace, have excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
The key responsibilities are:
1. Ensure all personnel files are kept up to date
2. Complete the recruitment and vetting of personnel
3. Efficiently coordinate security staff rosters
4. Effectively manage maintenance queries on a daily basis liaising with multiple contractors
5. Other ad hoc administration to support the Profit Protection department
The skills/experience required are:
6. Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office packages, Excel
7. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
9. Problem solver, able to use initiative to identify solutions
10. Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining high attention to detail
11. Skilled in managing deadlines with strong prioritisation abilities
