Overview
In this field-based role, you'll help clients stay compliant with key water safety regulations. From conducting surveys and site audits to creating accurate reports and system schematics, your work will help protect people and property.
Responsibilities
* Carry out Legionella risk assessments in line with HSE guidance (ACoP L8 & HSG274)
* Create clear, accurate reports and technical documentation
* Produce system schematics of hot and cold water systems
* Support with sampling, monitoring, and other water treatment tasks
* Audit client records and logbooks for compliance
* Maintain strong working relationships with clients
* Represent HSL professionally at all times
* Report to an Account Manager or Supervisor
* Work from a home base in or around Sunderland, Newcastle upon Tyne or Durham; some UK-wide travel may be required
Qualifications
* Technically skilled with strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
* Client-focused with excellent communication skills
* Flexible – happy to travel when needed
* Safety-first with solid understanding of health & safety
* Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic industry
