Job Title : Cleaner Operative
Pay Rate : £13.45 per hour
Position : Permanent
Contract Type : Part Time
Hours : 10 hours per week
Shift Pattern : Monday – Friday, 2 hours between 05:00 am – 08:00 am or 17:00 pm – 20:00 pm
Location : Bank of Scotland, 27‑29 Main Street, Wishaw, North Lanarkshire, Scotland, ML2 7AF
Responsibilities
Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, timings, and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals while following Health and Safety requirements.
Undergo all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
Work within a team and independently with initiative.
Build positive, productive relationships with all customers and deliver excellent customer service while continuously improving and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate and read basic English.
Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
Flexible approach to the role.
Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
