Main Responsibilities Support the kitchen team with general porter duties including cleaning, dishwashing and food preparation support. Cover van driving duties during periods of absence (e.g. holidays). Ensure kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained. Work safely and efficiently, taking initiative where necessary to support service delivery. Adhere to all relevant health and safety and food hygiene regulations. The Ideal Candidate A team player with experience in busy kitchen environments. Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be over 25 years of age (insurance requirement). Able to work independently and manage time effectively. A proactive approach with strong attention to detail. Flexible and dependable.
