We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager who is looking for an opportunity to lead transformational change to oversee the successful delivery of our programmes, ensuring they achieve their intended outcomes and benefits. As part of our Transformation & Innovation Team, you will co-ordinate and lead complex, cross-organisational programmes, setting direction, orchestrating interdependent projects and ensuring delivery against agreed time, cost and quality criteria. You'll provide clear leadership to project managers, establish robust governance and drive benefits realisation so that programmes create measurable value for our services and communities. What you'll lead and deliver Shape programme scope and plans, manage risks, issues, finances and dependencies, and keep delivery on track through effective controls and decision‑making forums. Maintain alignment with organisational strategies and oversee benefits tracking and reporting to sponsors and boards. Build and coach a collaborative programme team-ensuring project managers have clarity on roles, milestones and outcomes, and that programme governance is well‑run and evidence‑based. About you With a proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑project programmes in fast‑paced environments, you will be confident with structured methodologies and controls.
