PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Delivery Partners Manager, The Delivery Partners Co-ordinator is responsible for the implementation, accuracy and maintenance of the Delivery Partners catalogues. The Delivery Partners Co-Ordinator will ensure seamless service delivery across all channel elements by liaising with our external partners and internal stakeholders, providing and presenting data to support compliance across the business from product set up to in store pick. Working collaboratively with our partners, Head Office Departments and Retail Management Teams to support the delivery of both sales and operational performance.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with our rapid delivery partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
