* Experience: 3+ years' PQE in private client law
The Role
The successful applicant will manage a varied caseload covering:
* Drafting wills and trusts
* Advising on estate planning and tax matters
* Administering estates and navigating probate processes
* Providing clear guidance on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
