Chef de Partie - Independent School £28k
39 weeks per year, Monday to Friday + occasional weekends, based in Leatherhead.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for a prestigious independent school. This role will require an enthusiastic chef willing to work a variety of hours and possibly evenings.
In the role you will be expected to:
* Work professionally, efficiently, and safely at all times in line with company policy
* Have a good eye for detail, presenting food to the client's specification
* Take the initiative and go the extra mile
* Be passionate about food, service and willing to learn new skills
* Have a positive attitude and work well individually and as part of the team

Required skills / experience:
* Experience as a CDP
* City & Guilds culinary qualification or equivalent experience
* At least a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
