I am supporting a brilliant company based in Cheltenham that build training and simulators which are used for aircraft, defence and rail industries.
They\'re looking for a Systems Engineer with solid fault finding skills and a good understanding of electrical and mechanical components and the build process which comes with that.
Responsibilities
* Visit customers sites to conduct investigations and repairs on equipment
* Support the installation of equipment at different facilities
* Provide technical support of existing equipment and hardware
What experience are they looking for
* Experience with both hardware and software applications
* Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes
* Engineering background is ideal
* To hold or be eligible for SC Clearance
* Happy to travel to customer site within the UK and sometimes abroad
