Have you worked for BChannels, Holiday Lettings, Trip Advisor? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are in also interested in levelheaded Internal Sales Managers – who are lead from the front and listen/support/grow their staff.
Your Role
Lead and coach consultants across three teams, providing 1:1s and structured development
Drive consistent achievement of KPIs and sales goals, while fostering a positive, accountable culture
Support consultants in managing pipelines and developing innovative lead generation ideas
Analyse sales data to identify trends and optimise team performance
Collaborate closely with company Directors to align sales outcomes with strategic goals
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience leading internal sales teams, ideally in recruitment or telesales
Proven success in coaching and motivating teams to deliver high performance
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Strong commercial awareness and ability to make data-driven decisions
Confident working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Ability to commute via own transport to the Oxford office (this is not a remote role)
