Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities * Credit control and debtors management, including reconciliation of key accounts * Liaising with Project Managers to resolve invoicing queries * Assist in preparation of supplier payment runs for management review * Reconciliation of supplier statements to Sage * Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents and correspondence * Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. * Support management on monthly financial reporting as required What were looking for 1.
