💰 Up to £37,000 / €39,400 + Overtime + Call Outs + Company Vehicle

The Opportunity

GTS are working with a leading security systems integrator delivering advanced technology solutions across transport, infrastructure, and high-security environments.

Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of on-vehicle systems across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.


This is a fantastic opportunity for engineers who enjoy hands-on work, autonomy, and working with modern vehicle technology.


The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for working on vehicle-based CCTV, telematics, and electrical systems across a regional patch.


Key responsibilities include:

* Installation of vehicle CCTV & driver assistance systems
* Fault finding and diagnostics on vehicle electrical systems
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
* On-site support for fleet and transport customers
* Completing job reports and liaising with internal teams


✅ What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally come from one of the following backgrounds:

* Auto Electrician / Vehicle Electrics
* CCTV or Security Systems Engineer
* Telematics / Fleet Technology Engineer
* Electrical or Electronic Engineering


You’ll also need:

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Full driving licence
* Ability to work independently in a field-based role
* Flexibility for night work and travel across Ireland
