DOMESTIC ASSISTANTS Across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde
The duties will include cleaning all areas of our hospitals clinical and non-clinical locations - activities will include wet mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins, replenishing supplies, cleaning fixtures, and furniture and toilet/bathroom areas.
Permanent, Part time, backshift positions are available and there will be catering duties on some sites, this will be discussed further should you be invited to interview.
Enhanced hourly rates for weekend contracts and before 06:00 and after 20:00 for weekly contracts.

Clyde – Royal Alexandra Hospital
North - Glasgow Royal Infirmary
South - Queen Elizabeth University Hospital
West – Gartnavel, Stobhill & Leverndale Hospital Sites and Associated Health Centres
Please note candidates will be required to attend/travel to West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital for interview and if successful, 3-day centralised induction is mandatory before starting.
Interviews to take place week commencing in Feb 2026 at West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital.
