Responsibilities:
·Driving volumes and quality
·Involvement in Quality issues, ensuring low wastage.
·Aiming for excellent housekeeping standards at all times
·Liaising and communicating with team members effectively
·Liaising with engineers, for example on breakdowns and technical issues
·Identifying issues on the plant to Team Leaders / Shift Manager
·Ensuring changeovers run smoothly
·Ensuring stoppages are kept to a minimum
·Completion of the production report spreadsheet in a detailed and accurate manner.
·Attendance of production meetings when requested.
·Ensure that effective implementation of the company Health & Safety policy is maintained and that all legislation pertaining to safety, COSHH and environmental rulings are complied with.
·Ensure risk assessments and safe operating procedures are adhered to at all times.
·Undertake designated tasks as allocated by Managers.
·Production duties include: Operation of Production Line, manual handling, & Flt driving.
·Drive
