Overview
Assistant Store Manager – We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced leader / supervisor, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team. No experience in Coffee is needed as full training with be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies!
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the store team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations. Foster team development, coach performance, and support colleagues to achieve store goals. Maintain high standards of service, product quality, and store presentation. Contribute to a positive, welcoming store environment for customers and their dogs (where applicable).
Requirements
No prior coffee experience is required; in-store and in-house Coffee Academy training will be provided. The role suits enthusiastic leaders with a passion for customer service and team development.
