About Us

Mason Frank have partnered with a rapidly growing SaaS business headquartered in London, backed by Series D funding and expanding globally. Their mission is to empower companies to scale smarter, faster, and with data-driven precision. As we continue our high-growth trajectory, we’re looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join the Go-To-Market (GTM) / Revenue Operations team and help us optimise, scale, and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem.

The Role

As our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and aligning Salesforce to the GTM and revenue processes. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure Salesforce is powering efficient, data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce (user management, permissions, page layouts, automation, reports/dashboards, etc.)
* Partner with GTM and Revenue Operations to optimise lead, opportunity, and account management workflows.
* Implement and maintain integrations with other SaaS tools (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Outreach, Gong, CPQ, BI tools).
* Manage data hygiene, enrichment, and deduplication initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Support the roll-out of new Salesforce features, enhancements, and best practices across teams.
* Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions through automation, validation, and process improvements.
* Work with stakeholders to provide reporting and insights that drive GTM performance and efficiency.

About You

* 2–4+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
* Proven experience working within or closely alongside GTM or Revenue Operations teams.
* Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration best practices.
* Comfortable building and optimising complex automation (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder).
* Excellent data management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams in a hybrid environment.

Why Join this Company

* Competitive salary (£65,000–£75,000) + comprehensive benefits package.
* Opportunity to shape the Salesforce ecosystem in a high-growth, data-driven SaaS business.
* Collaborative, innovative culture with a focus on personal and professional development.
* Hybrid work model (3 days per week in our London office).
