THE ROLE
Finance Team Administrator – Aberdeen
This role is within the internal finance team based in the Aberdeen office. The finance team administrator will be responsible for all day-to-day banking matters.
Key responsibilities:
1. Administration for all bank users and accounts
2. Liaising with the bank to deal with queries
3. Monitor daily cash balances and cash transfers as appropriate
4. Opening and closing bank accounts
5. Transitioning acquisitions across to the group banking platform
6. Client bank account reconciliations
7. Assist with rolling cash forecast analysis
8. Mandate management
9. Credit card management
Experience and skill set required for the role:
1. Proactive self-starter with ability to problem solve
2. Organising and prioritising work
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. High level of IT literacy, including strong Excel skills
5. Accuracy and attention to detail
