Outpatient HCA – Head & Neck – Weekend Insourcing Opportunities

Availability: Saturdays & Sundays

We are currently seeking experienced Outpatient HCA – Head & Neck (HCAs) to support weekend insourcing clinics in Southampton, helping deliver NHS waiting list initiatives across:
* Clinic preparation
* Clear communication
* Vital signs, phlebotomy, ECG etc
This is an excellent opportunity to join experienced teams delivering high-quality patient care throughout all stages of the outpatient pathways.
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
* Be currently working within an outpatient setting in an NHS service
* Have recent, hands-on experience supporting patients within:
* Oral & Maxfax
* ENT
* Dermatology
* Have been actively undertaking this work for at least 6 months within the past 12 months
Responsibilities include supporting with:
* Preparing patients for clinics
* Setting up equipment, instruments etc
* Clinic and treatment room preparation
* Assisting clinicians to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery
